Itinerary

Common questions

What does 'Haram-view' mean exactly?

The room window faces the Haram (Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah) — confirmed at the room category level, not at the discretion of the front desk. Photos available on request.

Is the Mu'allim guide separate from the group?

No — they accompany your group throughout the rites. They're especially valuable for first-time pilgrims, walking you through Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa'i between Safa and Marwa, and the Halq (head-shaving) or Taqsir.

How long does the Umrah visa take?

Standard processing is 7–10 business days. We initiate the application within 24 hours of booking confirmation. You'll need to send us a passport scan and a passport-style photo.

Can we travel during Ramadan?

Yes — Ramadan Umrah is one of our most popular options. Note that Ramadan rates are higher (peak season) and we'd need to confirm availability separately. Special last-10-nights packages are also available.

What about children?

Children of all ages welcome. Pricing: under 2 free (sharing room), 2–11 at AED 4,200, 12+ adult rate. Children must be in their own bed for ages 6+ — affecting room category.

  • Free cancellation up to 21 days before departure
  • Within 21 days: visa fee non-refundable (AED 750/person), hotel cancellation per resort policy
