The Premium Transatlantic Option
Etihad’s EY101 to JFK is one of the most polished Business Class products operating from the UAE. The route runs once daily on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, departing Abu Dhabi at 09:25 and landing at JFK at 14:55 local — perfectly timed to clear arrivals and reach Manhattan hotels in time for evening plans.
Lavisa Inbox handles the full door-to-door — including the chauffeur ride from any Dubai address to Abu Dhabi International Airport (covered free for Business and First-class tickets, even with the higher Dubai pickup). The connector saves you the AED 250+ taxi or the 90-minute drive yourself.
The Seat
Etihad’s Business Studio is a 1-2-1 reverse-herringbone configuration with direct aisle access from every seat. The lie-flat bed is 80.5 inches long, the seat width is 22 inches, and it comes with a privacy screen between window pairs. Each Studio has a 17-inch entertainment screen, individual reading light, mood lighting, and abundant storage.
The Service
Etihad’s Business catering is genuinely à la carte — order what you want when you want, from a menu designed for the route by chefs like Diego Muñoz. Halal certified by default. The wine list is strong (always includes a Bordeaux Grand Cru and Champagne). Etihad’s signature chocolates and tea service are highlights.
Lounge Access
Pre-flight, you have access to the Etihad Premium Lounge at Abu Dhabi Terminal 3 — recently renovated, includes a Six Senses spa with complimentary 15-min massages for Business guests, and a la carte dining. At JFK, on return, you’d use the Etihad Premium Lounge at JFK Terminal 4.
