The Toyota Camry is the most-rented car in the UAE for a reason. It nails the boring fundamentals — comfortable enough for 4-hour Sharjah-to-Abu Dhabi round trips, quiet enough for phone calls, fuel-efficient enough that a 7-day rental rarely needs more than one tank top-up, and reliable enough that you never think about it once you’ve signed the paperwork.
Our Camry fleet is current-generation (2023-2024 models, mostly Hybrid LE/SE), all with leather interior, push-button start, lane departure assist, adaptive cruise control, and Apple CarPlay / Android Auto wireless. Most have the 2.5L hybrid drivetrain — combined ~50 MPG real-world, which on UAE petrol prices means about AED 25-30 per 100km.
The Setup
Free delivery to any Dubai address (including hotel concierge handoffs and DXB Terminal pickups). Renter must be 21+ with a valid driving license held for 1+ years (international license accepted; UAE license preferred for damage waiver eligibility). Security deposit is AED 1,500 held on credit card, released within 5 business days post-return.
The Insurance
Basic insurance is included (covers third-party liability and damage to the rental car, with AED 1,500 excess). Full damage waiver (zero excess) is AED 35/day extra. Our recommendation: take the waiver — Dubai traffic is unpredictable and the peace of mind is worth less than 20% of the rental cost.
