How do I find the cheapest flight?
Search with flexible dates, compare cabin classes, and consider booking on a weekday. Our search also surfaces popular routes like DXB → LHR or DXB → BKK with promotional pricing when available. Tuesday and Wednesday departures are typically 10–20% cheaper than weekend flights on the same route.
Can I change or cancel my flight after booking?
Change and cancellation policies are set by the airline and depend on your ticket class. Economy fares are usually more restrictive than Business or First. We show the full fare rules on the results page before you confirm — look for "Refundable" or "Change allowed" badges. Our support team can help process changes within the airline's policy window.
How much baggage can I bring?
Baggage allowance varies by airline, route, and fare class. Most long-haul Economy tickets from UAE airports include 1 checked bag (23–30 kg) plus 7 kg carry-on. Low-cost carriers often sell baggage as an add-on. The exact allowance for your specific ticket is shown at booking and on your e-ticket.
When should I check in?
Online check-in opens 24–48 hours before departure for most airlines — we email you a reminder at the right moment. Airport check-in counters usually close 45 minutes before departure for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic. Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours early for international and 2 hours for domestic departures.
Are taxes and fees included in the price shown?
Yes. The price displayed on the search results page includes all mandatory government taxes, airport fees, and fuel surcharges. The only extras you might add later are optional services like extra baggage, seat selection, or meal upgrades — and those are always shown before checkout, never added silently.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. UAE-issued cards can pay in AED, and international cards are charged in your card's native currency with the prevailing exchange rate. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant gateway — we never store your full card number.
