How It Works

Book online (5 minutes) — provide flight number, arrival time, drop-off address, and group size. We track your flight in real-time. If delayed: driver waits free (up to 90 minutes from scheduled arrival). On arrival: driver meets you at the dedicated meeting point (DXB T1: Hall 2 Counter 12; DXB T3: Hall A Counter 17; DWC: Arrivals exit; AUH: Terminal 1/A Hall 1 Counter 22) holding a discreet name sign. Loads luggage, drives you to your address.

Sedan (Toyota Camry / similar): up to 3 passengers, 2 large + 2 carry-on luggage. AED 149 for DXB-anywhere-in-Dubai. Van (Hyundai H1 / similar): up to 7 passengers, 5 large luggage. What if my flight lands earlier than scheduled?

Driver is dispatched 90 minutes before scheduled landing, so they're typically at the airport 30+ minutes early. If your flight is earlier than expected, driver heads to the meeting point immediately. Worst case wait: 5-10 minutes. Wait time on early arrivals is free regardless of duration.

How does the meeting point work at DXB?

After immigration and baggage, follow signs for the meeting point. T1 Hall 2 Counter 12 (next to Coffee Planet). T3 Hall A Counter 17 (between Costa Coffee and DNATA Travel desk). Driver holds a discrete sign with your last name. If you can't spot them, call our 24/7 number printed on your booking confirmation.

Can I change my drop-off address after booking?

Yes — up to 30 minutes before pickup. Login to your booking and update, or message our 24/7 hotline. If the new address is in a different zone (e.g., changing from Dubai to Sharjah), the price adjusts; if the same zone, no extra charge. Driver gets the updated route automatically.

What if I miss the driver?

Call our 24/7 hotline (number on your booking confirmation). Don't leave the airport — we can re-dispatch. If you take a regular taxi without contacting us, you pay the regular fare AND our cancellation fee (50% of booked price). The hotline always reconnects you with your driver in under 5 minutes.

Can I book a return airport drop-off too?

Yes — round-trip booking is AED 50 off the combined one-way prices. So a Sedan round trip is AED 249 instead of AED 298. Drop-off time is locked at booking; you can change up to 4 hours before with no penalty.
