The White-Glove Airport Experience
Lavisa’s VIP Arrival service is what happens when you skip every queue, every formality, and every “please wait here” sign between the jetway and the back seat of your car. It’s designed for first-time UAE visitors who need their arrival to be impressive, VIPs whose schedule won’t accommodate normal immigration timing, and families with elderly travelers or young children for whom the standard DXB walk is too much.
Available at DXB (Dubai International), DWC (Al Maktoum), and AUH (Abu Dhabi International). Pricing is per arrival, regardless of group size up to 6 passengers — so it scales economically for families.
What Happens (Sequence)
Your Lavisa guest officer meets you at the JETWAY — yes, the actual airbridge connecting the plane to the terminal. They hold a discreet sign with your name (no big neon “VIP” markers; Lavisa is meant to feel premium without being ostentatious). You don’t carry your hand luggage; the officer takes everything. Quick walk through priority immigration via the dedicated VIP channel (typically 3-5 minutes vs. 20-40 in standard queues). Your bags appear at a private collection point — they’re already being delivered by the time you reach immigration. Through customs without queues, into the premium lounge for a refreshment if you want, then escorted to your pre-arranged transfer (we can include this, or you can already have one waiting).
Total Time
Jetway to airport exit: typically 15-22 minutes total for a flight that would otherwise take 60-90 minutes during peak hours. We’ve timed thousands of these.
Who Uses This
Senior executives arriving for board meetings (no jetlagged stumble through immigration). Family officers receiving high-profile guests. Multi-generational family arrivals (mom + dad + 4 kids = enough chaos without adding the standard immigration queue). First-time UAE visitors whose host wants to make an impression. People arriving on red-eye flights who want to maximize sleep time in their hotel.
Languages
Lavisa guest officers are fluent in English and Arabic minimum; Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin, French, and German are available on request (48-hour notice). All officers carry UAE airport authorization and have completed Lavisa’s hospitality training (90-hour internal program covering protocol, cultural sensitivity, and security awareness).
